For locations over 10 miles from SR 37 & 146th St., there is an additional $3 fee for every 5 miles. This helps account for travel time, fuel, and adjustments to our schedule to provide the best care for your pets.

Winter Policy (December 1 - March 1)
When temperatures drop to 30°F or below during a scheduled session, outdoor time will be limited to 15 minutes. For your pet’s safety, if the temperature reaches 15°F or lower, the session will take place indoors, with only a brief potty break outside.

Rest assured, even if outdoor time is reduced, the full duration of your pet’s visit will be spent providing the care and attention they need indoors, whether through play, feeding, or other activities. Your pet’s well-being and comfort are always our top priority!

Summer Policy (June 1 - September 1)
If the outside temperature during a scheduled session reaches or exceeds 88°F, the outdoor portion of the session will be reduced to 15 minutes. If the temperature hits 90°F or higher, the session will take place indoors, with only a quick potty break outside.

Rest assured, even if outdoor time is limited, the full duration of your pet’s visit will be spent providing the care and attention they need indoors, including playtime, feeding, and other activities. Your pet’s well-being and comfort are always our top priority!
